ATLANTA, GA (June 13, 2019) - Kindred at Home, the nation’s largest home health, hospice and community care provider, named its 2019 Clinicians of the Year at its National Clinician of the Year Awards Dinner held at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel in Atlanta, GA on June 12, 2019. 

The winners were selected from more than 22,000 clinicians in 41 states where the company operates. The awards recognize clinicians for delivering the highest level of care and for their outstanding commitment to patients and their families.

National Clinician of the Year winners were selected from among the 72 Regional Clinician of the Year winners. 

The Clinician of the Year program was established as a way to celebrate, honor and acknowledge the superior care provided by the company’s clinicians.
