ATLANTA, GA (November 25, 2019) – Kindred at Home congratulates the graduates of this year’s STAR Program, the company’s Sales Leadership Development Program, focused on developing future home health and hospice leaders. 

Throughout the annual program, participants engage in self-study, web and classroom learning scenarios and attend a two day leadership curriculum workshop. Participants are identified by leadership as those who demonstrate high performance and potential for leadership roles across the organization. 

The STAR program focuses on leadership styles, developing effective interpersonal skills, developing strategic partnerships with operations and clinical as well as establishing coaching strategies for driving accountability and developing highly productive teams.
