We are proud to announce that 90 of our home health care locations received SHPBest™ Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HHCAHPS) Awards for 2021. The annual SHPBest program was created to acknowledge home health agencies that consistently provide high-quality service to their patients. All eligible HHCAHPS clients in the SHP database are ranked in order to identify the recipients for each of three possible awards. The provider with the best Overall Score in the SHP database receives the Best-of-the-Best Award. Providers that rank in the top 5% receive the Premier Performer award. Providers that rank in the top 20% receive the Superior Performer award.
